Before downgrading, it's important to evaluate whether the new tier meets your operational needs. If your team relies on high call volume, automated reports, or multiple data integrations, a lower plan could limit your usage. The change takes effect in the next billing cycle to avoid service interruptions.

If you exceed your included minutes, your service continues uninterrupted, and you'll automatically switch to pay-as-you-go billing. Additional minutes are charged at the standard per-minute rate according to your plan. We never block or pause calls: Voice continues operating to avoid disrupting your processes.

Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month. Each cycle resets your entire minute allowance, allowing for more predictable usage and helping us ensure a stable, high-quality calling infrastructure for all customers.

All adjustments—whether upgrading or downgrading—are calculated on a pro-rata basis. We take the proportional value of the unused minutes on your current plan and subtract it from the cost of the new plan. This ensures a fair, transparent, and penalty-free transition.

You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. We don't charge penalties or have binding contracts. At the end of the period, your access to Insight, Voice, and any associated integrations or agents will be disabled, always keeping your information secure.
